  1. I Miss You…

    October 3, 2000 by raspberryvixen

    Happy Birthday, Phantom.

    Happy Anniversary John & Jeannine!

Discovered this very stirring site today on my endless web travels whilst at work. It’s by a girl battling leukemia.  Very moving site…beautifully done.

I keep wanting to add things to my own site. I have no idea what, though. I like my new stream-lined look. I just don’t want to clutter it all up with animated gifs and pictures. Maybe I’ll start writing again. Not like I have anything better to do. Not!

I have about ten cross stitch projects to finish, pool to shoot, season premiers to watch and a cat who gets jealous if she gets anything less then 120% of my attention.

Now, if you’re taking the time out to visit my site, please sign my guest book. Pretty please with sugar on top and a maraschino cherry!

Oh, and Dave…..*this* is for you!

  2. The Happy List.

This entry is kinda long. I seem to have the want to unburden my soul.

Can you believe it, only three more months until 2001. Y2K my left pinkie. Time sure has been flying lately. One week seems to blend into another. Granted, last week was ever-so-much-FUN, blah! I worked my ass off last week, got a few hours of overtime. Boss is back in the office, fresh and relaxed from his vacation. Not anymore! I put him right to work this morning!

    Things that make me happy….
Hot dogs with sauerkraut and lots of ooey-gooey cheese.

Raspberry bubble bath and raspberry shaving foam, raspberry body wash and raspberry shampoo…..are you seeing a trend here?

My cat. I want to buy her catnip flavored (scented, stuffed-with, whatever!) furniture…tall cat trees with lots of resting space and platforms she can stare out the window from.

The CAR. Oh, drool. I love my car. I worry that people will hit my car. (I seem to be one of those that drives around with a magnetic “HIT ME” sign on my bumper. I park on the roof of the garage. No, sir, I’m not a new car owner!

My parents. Oh, how I love my parents. my spoil-me-rotten-we’re-there-for-you-when-you-need-us-NO-we-can’t-lend-you-$500 wonderful parents. I don’t get to see them nearly as much as I would like, although I think my dad thinks once a month is too much!

My pool teams. We suck on Sunday, but we’re tons ‘o fun! Tuesday rules!

My friends. Yes, the obligatory “friends” entry. Haha. No, I love my friends. The non-delusional ones. You know who you are.

    Beanies!
