It’s been a somewhat lazy day here at Casa de RV. I’ve gotten a ton of computer work done today, although a big part of that was doing the books and getting all of our bank accounts back to rights again. Unfortunately, once I had that done, I realized that hubby and I are flat out BROKE until he gets paid on Thursday. No restocking trip to Wal*Mart tonight, although hubby said he would run out there late tonight after I go to bed. There are a couple of staples that we need desperately (paper towels and my sleeping pills), so I’m going to give him a little list of things.
If he and I were to go shopping together, we’d end up decimating the bank account. Doesn’t matter if we have a specific list or not. It is IMPOSSIBLE for us to get out of Wal*Mart under $100.
And yes, I know, Wal*Mart is the epitome of all that is evil. You know what? We live paycheck to paycheck and their stuff is CHEAP.

The shitty thing is that I’ve got money sitting in my PayPal account, but I have NO DEBIT CARD with in which to access my funds. I’ve re-applied for the card TWICE since I had to cancel my card due to the fraudulent charge from an e-book company and I’ve yet to receive a new card. I need to send an email to PayPal’s customer service and yell at them.
We’re so broke, I’m actually cooking dinner tonight. Scary.
Don’t email Paypal. CALL THEM! My emails to them never get anywhere, but every single time I call about something it’s resolved almost immediately.

You could transfer your balance to your bank account. It usually only takes one day for us to get that done. I totally get the WalMart thing…we shop there too. Where else are we supposed to go? K-Mart? Target? Aren’t they destroying the universe too? What’s the big deal about WalMart? I bet it’s the name. Plus us White Trash types shop there. Gives us a bad name.
