I Can Has?

Greetings!

Stupid Is As Stupid Does.

This past week started on a very high note, only because the husband and I had such a wonderful time together last weekend.  Unfortunately, the week ended on quite a down note, and it’s still sliding down a hill with the force of an eighty ton snowball down the side of a mountain.

The good:

  • My Tuesday night 8 ball team won in the semi-finals.  We went down to the wire, winning things in the last match.  Many thanks to my team captain, who managed to kick some serious ass.
  • Things at work picked up slightly

The bad:

  • Work came to a screeching halt on Wednesday.
  • Hubby and I ended up spending over six hours in the emergency room on Thursday.  I had taken the day off from work, since I had nothing to do.  We didn’t get out of the ER until 12:30 Friday morning.  Hubby has spawned YET ANOTHER kidney stone.
  • Friday, I was so dead at work, since I didn’t get to bed until around 1:30 in the morning.  Plus, I didn’t sleep a wink.  The boss let me go early.  I was in bed and unconscious before 10 PM Friday night.

The ugly:

  • Stupid me stepped on the scale.  I swear, if I don’t stop eating, I’m going to have to start taking weight loss supplements again.  This is getting ridiculous.
  • I BROKE MY GODDAMNED TOE LAST NIGHT.  My left foot is freakin’ killing me, and it’s about six different shades of purple and black.  I guess it’s true…I am a Baltimore Ravens fan from head to toe!

The so bad I’m wondering how it is I haven’t shot myself in the head yet:

  • I made hubby’s car payment via bill pay last Sunday night.  On Tuesday morning, I realized I paid the WRONG freakin’ company.  I accidentally sent the payment to my old CLOSED account that I had for my 2001 Civic.  After much back and forth with both banks, I’m just waiting for the money to be credited back to my account so that I can attempt to make the payment to the RIGHT company.
  • Hubby’s car payment is really, REALLY late.

I swear, some days my stupidity knows NO bounds.
