It has been raining so much around here lately that the bottom floor of our building flooded yesterday. When I got home from work, the maintenance guys were out with their big fans and their Ladybug XL 2300 steam cleaners trying to clean things up.
I love the way our maintenance guys stay on top of things in our complex. It makes apartment life just that much easier!

Game 1 of the World Series tonight. I’m wearing my Phillies shirt today. I don’t really give a shit that it’s not quite up to work-dress standards. My boys are in the Big Show tonight, and I’m wearing their colors proudly!

Speaking of my boys, what the hell is up with my Flyers? Aye yi yi. For a team that was picked to win the Stanley Cup, they sure as hell ain’t showing themselves as a Cup-caliber team.

At least the Avalanche are kicking ass this season. Their young talent is flourishing…just watching Matt Duchene on the ice is an absolute joy.
It’s also nice to see the Avs with a solid goaltender. It’s been quite a while since I could actually say that!
